PASSPRO (passpro.in) is an independent online educational test-preparation platform. We are not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), National Stock Exchange (NSE / NCFM), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), or any statutory authority.
All mock tests, question banks, study guides, and explanations provided on PASSPRO are independently developed by expert faculty to help candidates prepare thoroughly based on publicly available syllabi and exam modules.
3. User Accounts & Single-User Access License
License limitations and security
- Single User License: When you purchase an exam package or question bank, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to practice questions on PASSPRO.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account or re-selling access is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination.
- Intellectual Property: All content, questions, answers, explanations, and CBT test interfaces on PASSPRO are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or mass distribution is prohibited.
4. Purchases, Pricing & Access Validity
Payment terms and digital delivery
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Access is granted automatically immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from our payment gateway (Razorpay).
Purchased question banks and mock tests include unlimited practice attempts until the candidate passes their scheduled official exam.
5. Refund & Guarantee Policy
Digital goods policy
Due to the digital nature of instant question bank access, sales are generally final once the complete question bank content has been unlocked. However, if you experience double-deductions, technical gateway errors, or duplicate orders, our support team will issue a 100% prompt refund within 3-5 business days upon receiving your transaction details at support@passpro.in.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability terms
PASSPRO strives for 100% accuracy in its questions, solutions, and explanations. However, examination patterns and regulatory rules may be updated periodically by certifying bodies. Under no circumstances shall PASSPRO or its operators be held liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from examination results or platform usage.
