Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PASSPRO (passpro.in), all our products (including NISM/NCFM mock test question banks, explanations, formulas, and online simulators) are digital goods delivered with immediate online access upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly and digital content cannot be physically returned, standard purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked.

We gladly issue full 100% refunds in the following legitimate circumstances:

• Duplicate / Double Charges:

  If you were charged more than once for the same exam due to a technical network glitch or bank gateway retry, the excess payment is refunded immediately.

• Payment Deducted but Access Failed:

  If payment was deducted from your account but your exam package was not unlocked due to a server error, and our team cannot manually activate it within 12 hours, you will receive a full refund.

• Accidental Wrong Exam Selection:

  If you accidentally purchased the wrong exam module (e.g. NISM Series VIII instead of Series V-A) and have not attempted tests in it, we will happily swap your course module or issue a credit refund.

Once your refund is approved by our billing team, it is initiated directly via Razorpay to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI ID, or Netbanking account). Funds typically reflect back in your source account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank's clearance cycle.
