A. Account & Profile Information
When you register or sign in using Email/Password or Google OAuth (Sign in with Google), we receive your name, email address, profile photo (if provided by Google), and unique user identifier. We use this strictly to authenticate your account and manage your access to enrolled mock tests and study material.
B. Payment Information & Security
All monetary transactions and digital payments on PASSPRO are securely processed by Razorpay (a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor). We DO NOT store or collect your Credit/Debit Card numbers, CVV, Netbanking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers. Razorpay returns an encrypted transaction ID and order verification signature upon successful payment.
C. Test Attempts & Academic Progress
When you attempt chapter mock tests, full CBT simulators, or review answers, we record your chosen options, test scores, passing status, and time taken to calculate your analytics on your candidate dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Information
Purposes of data processing
- To grant instant, unrestricted access to purchased exam question banks, formulas, and mock test simulators.
- To maintain your performance records, test history, accuracy metrics, and chapter-wise progress analytics.
- To send order confirmations, access receipts, and crucial syllabus or platform updates via email.
- To protect the platform against unauthorized access, credential abuse, or fraudulent activity.

We only share necessary technical data with trusted infrastructure providers that power our platform:
- Supabase: For secure database hosting and identity authentication.
- Razorpay: For 256-bit encrypted payment processing.
- Google OAuth: For fast and secure one-click sign-in.
- Hostinger SMTP / Mail Services: For dispatching receipts and account alerts.
